I am a certified Rolf® Structural Integration Practitioner, ScarWorker, Brainspotting Practitioner, and nationally licensed CMT based in Plumas County, Northern California. In addition to my one-to-one bodywork practice, I support community wellness through mediation and compassionate communication workshops, song circles, pain recovery education, and functional movement classes.

My journey in holistic health and wellness began more than 25 years ago with plant medicine, wildcrafting, herbal preparations, cultivation, flower essences, food wellness, and massage therapy. The birth of my twins, now 22, inspired me to train as a postpartum doula, lactation educator, and childbirth educator.

These diverse experiences now come together in a practice rooted in structural integration, nervous system awareness, somatic education, and compassionate presence. In both individual sessions and group facilitation, I integrate complementary modalities such as mindfulness coaching, Reiki, yoga nidra, functional movement, pain recovery, and yoga-based practices.

My intention is to equip clients and community members with tools to navigate physical and emotional transitions with greater ease, self-awareness, resilience, and self-acceptance.

With love,
Michelle
